Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to set up and maintain production lines for testing, repairing, and upgrading returned electronic products. You will support technicians in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

The role requires hands-on engineering across production setup, test systems, and component-level diagnostics in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, testing, or repair preferred.
• Ability to design and maintain test fixtures for microcontroller-based products.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup of new production line equipment for test, repair, and upgrade.
• Assist in design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems, including hardware, software, and mechanical components as needed.
• Troubleshoot product failures and perform root-cause analysis on electronic products returned from customer facilities
• Collect repair data and maintain accurate repair records and databases
• Provide feedback to product development teams regarding design corrections, product enhancements, and recurring failure trends
• Assist in developing and documenting troubleshooting and repair protocols
• Perform repairs on returned devices in accordance with established quality and safety standards
• Assist technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic products
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to operations and repair technicians
