Job summary

Akima Global Technology is seeking an Electronics Technician to support NASIC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves providing DLADS and Factory support during core hours, performing Level II Service Desk tasks, and handling installation, imaging, and disposition of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

The technician will work closely with NASIC staff, maintain printer and device inventories, and ensure compliance with NASIC policies.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Sec+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides DLADS and Factory support during core business hours.
• Provides Level II Service Desk support.
• Resolves service requests for new installation or desktop configurations within SLAs.
• Images and recaptitalizes up to 350 desktops per month, including old equipment disposition.
• Coordinates equipment pickup with Hardware Technician, ECO, NPC, and NASIC Logistics.
