Job summary

Akima Global Technology (AGT) seeks a Multimedia and Printers Technician for on-site work at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will install, maintain, and repair audio-visual equipment and printers, integrating control systems and updating documentation per NASIC requirements.

The role requires IAT Level II certification and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will document work orders, monitor systems for failures, and provide customer-oriented support in a security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• IAT Level II certification per AFMAN 17-1303 and DoD directives.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on AV hardware and software (e.g., Sony editing equipment, projectors, screens, TVs, Crestron control systems).
• Service audio equipment (Crown, Biamp, Klipsch, Atlas, Evi, TOA, Sennheiser, microphones).
• Document work using NASIC ticketing system and track issues.
• Monitor daily event logs for hardware failures and update diagrams/docs per NASIC guidance.
• Install firmware/software updates for control systems and AV routing; troubleshoot TV reception issues.
• Install and wire cabling, amplifiers, equalizers, taps, and splitters; support MFDs/printers/3D printers.
