Job summary

Akima Global Technology is seeking a Multimedia and Printers Technician to work on-site at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining audio-visual equipment, printers, MFDs, and related systems, documenting work in NASIC ticketing, and providing on-site troubleshooting support.

The role requires IAT Level II certification and an active TS/SCI clearance. Expect to work with a range of AV equipment and to produce monthly reports outlining work completed and

Qualifications

• Must have IAT Level II certification as required by DoD directives.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform scheduled hardware and software maintenance on AV equipment and control systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for printers, MFDs, plotters, 3D printers, and flatbed devices.
• Document work using NASIC ticketing system and update architectural diagrams as needed.
• Monitor daily event logs for hardware failures and generate monthly activity reports.
• Install firmware, software updates, and patches for control systems and AV routing.
• Provide on-site customer support to diagnose and resolve AV and printing issues.
