Job summary

Linde in the United States seeks a seasoned Electronics Engineering Leader to direct and mentor the Electronics Engineering Team across multiple facilities. You will oversee Control System Engineering, Operations Training, and Technical Support to ensure safe, reliable and compliant operations while maintaining strong customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in industrial operations or engineering with at least 3 years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial operations or engineering experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with semiconductor industry operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electronics Engineering Team supporting Linde Electronics facilities across the United States.
• Manage Control System Engineering, Operations Training, and Technical Support resources to support safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Drive reliability across Electronics facilities with a strong focus on customer care and response during operational incidents.
• Provide technical and hands-on leadership for operational activities to ensure safe and reliable customer supply.
• Serve as the technical leader for operations support across all Linde US Electronics sites.
• Lead technical customer communications and activities that may impact customer operations or supply.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and governmental safety and environmental requirements.
• Lead execution of operational requirements, process improvements, and operational plans aligned with business and customer objectives.
