Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial operations or engineering experience with 3+ years of leadership.
• Strong technical, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with semiconductor industry operations and ultra-high purity systems preferred.
• Air Separation Unit process operations and chemical systems startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electronics Engineering Team supporting Linde Electronics facilities across the United States
• Manage Control System Engineering, Operations Training, and Technical Support resources to support safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operations
• Drive reliability across Electronics facilities with a strong focus on customer care and response during operational incidents
• Provide technical and hands-on leadership for operational activities to ensure safe and reliable customer supply
• Serve as the technical leader for operations support across all Linde US Electronics sites
• Lead technical customer communications and activities that may impact customer operations or supply
• Ensure compliance with corporate and governmental safety and environmental requirements
• Lead execution of operational requirements, process improvements, and operational plans aligned with business and customer objectives
• Partner with regional and national productivity teams to identify Six Sigma, Lean, cost reduction, and soft savings projects
• Achieve plant and product supply reliability goals and develop action plans to address performance gaps
• Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Operations Support team members to build a cohesive, high‑performing team
• Develop team objectives and plans to support current and future facility needs
• Support startup, reliability, troubleshooting, RCA, FMEA, and HAZOP activities for current and new facilities
• Collaborate with Site Managers and other teams to achieve shared business and customer goals
