Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking engineers to design analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics for advanced defense applications. You will prototype, test, and help integrate embedded systems, sensors, RF subsystems, and power electronics in collaboration with government customers.

Strong candidates hold a STEM degree with 2+ years of experience and can pursue DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
Ability to obtain U.S. DoD security clearance.
Familiarity with common EDA tools: Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, Mentor.
Experience with analog, digital, or mixed-signal electronics design preferred.

Responsibilities

Support design and development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics for defense tech.
Develop prototypes including schematic capture, PCB design support, and component selection.
Perform lab characterization and validation using oscilloscopes, VNAs, and analyzers.
Assist in system integration involving embedded electronics, sensors, RF subsystems, or power electronics.
Participate in requirements definition, design reviews, and risk tracking.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and government customers.
