Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Manhattan Beach, CA seeks a Manager Electronics Engineering 2 to lead a section of 10–15 engineers and technicians. You will drive staffing, career development, and technical direction for RF, Antenna, and Mixed-Signal electronics subsystems across space programs.

The role requires an BS in a STEM field with years of leadership experience and the ability to obtain DoD Top Secret and SCI clearance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited institution with 8 years of experience.
2 years of RF/Mixed-Signal/Antenna engineering leadership experience.
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret and SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

Performance management through Quarterly Connections and regular team meetings.
Staffing coordination with Programs and Engineering Regions.
Mentoring section members on development activities.
Providing technical support to programs and technology/business development efforts.
Recruiting & retention efforts and engagement initiatives.
Contributing to process improvements and design-methodology enforcement.
