Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in electronics.
• Experience reading schematics and technical manuals.
• 1–3 years of hands-on component-level repair.
• Soldering and rework skills in through-hole and SMT.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controls.
• Proficient with standard test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope).
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to identify root causes.
• Repair and rework components, both through-hole and SMT.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Build and modify test fixtures; operate DMMs, oscilloscopes, signal generators.
• Verify performance against OEM specifications and safety standards.
• Document repair procedures and test results clearly.
• Communicate with drives, controllers, HMIs, PLCs for integration.
