Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics.
• 3+ years technician experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of IPC and Certification in soldering, preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting, preferred.
• Knowledge of digital and analog electronic circuitry
• Knowledge of troubleshooting procedures
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation
• Contribute and work in a team environment
• Distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones
• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving techniques, and accuracy
• Must be able to manually lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

• Test and repair complex analog and digital printed circuit boards and assemblies
• Troubleshoot down to component level and repair all nonconforming material
• Soldering and de-soldering of components on surface mount and through hole circuit board assemblies
• Customer technical support
• Analyze process problems and test processes for improvement
• Comprehend and perform duties in accordance with an ISO9001 Quality System Requirements
