Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Business Development Manager for Electronics in the Adhesive Technologies division. The role focuses on identifying opportunities in the Automotive sector, particularly PCB protection and power electronics, and coordinating across Marketing, Product Development and Sales to drive growth.

The position requires a technical Bachelor’s (MBA preferred) with 5+ years in electronics or electrification, strong networking, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, preferred in technical space.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to increase sales of Henkel products and solutions within the Automotive industry, especially PCB Protection and Power Electronics Segments.
• Leverage market knowledge in opportunity incubation, strategic planning, business modeling, value proposition generation, and project leadership.
• Lead collaborations with Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Application Engineering to align with BU strategy.
• Establish a discernment process for innovation projects and maintain a robust innovation pipeline.
• Lead Strategic Planning and resource allocation regionally, with global support.
• Develop and support strategy maps / customer roadmaps and steer profitable growth regionally.
• Build customer/market relationships and carry out strategic portfolio planning in new markets.
