Job summary
Henkel is hiring for a Business Development Manager within Adhesive Technologies. You will identify opportunities to grow sales in Automotive segments, focusing on PCB protection and power electronics, and you’ll work with Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Finance, Sales and Applications to deliver on the business unit strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferred in technical space. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Electronics and/or Electrification industries including applications and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities to increase Henkel product sales within the Automotive industry, especially PCB Protection and Power Electronics.
- Lead opportunity incubation, strategic planning, business modeling, value proposition generation and project leadership for successful commercialization.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Finance, Sales and Application Engineering to align with BU strategy.
- Establish a discernment process for innovation projects and maintain a robust pipeline of Henkel offerings.
