Job summary

Lean Synergy Solutions LLC is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician in Colorado Springs for full-time, on-site work. You will perform production assembly, repair, and rework on PCBs, panels, motors, frames, and cables, interpreting drawings to guide precise builds.

Responsibilities include using hand tools and calipers, diagnosing issues, assembling electromechanical units, and verifying builds for quality. Travel is minimal and background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to quality and ability to document results.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly, repair, and rework on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Follow engineering drawings and process docs to guide assembly work.
• Use hand tools, calipers, and power supplies to build to spec.
• Diagnose and repair components and rework as needed.
• Assemble electromechanical components and perform torquing operations.
• Inspect incoming components and in-process builds for quality.
• Program and test power supply systems as required.
• Document failures or discrepancies for quality improvement.
