Job summary

PCB Assembly in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Soldering Technician / Electronics/Mechanical Assembler to build and inspect electronic and electro-mechanical subassemblies. You will hand-solder components to IPC standards and verify quality under safe, clean conditions.

You will follow drawings, BOMs and work instructions to install hardware, perform rework, document production activity in CETEC ERP, and support continuous improvement while adhering to ESD requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Ability to read drawings/Schematics and BOMs to assemble subassemblies.
• Document production activity clearly in ERP system and travelers.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components per IPC standards.
• Assemble electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical subassemblies using drawings and BOMs.
• Install hardware such as fasteners, brackets, and wiring harnesses.
• Conduct self-inspection and basic functional checks for quality.
• Follow ESD, safety, and cleanliness procedures at all times.
