Zusammenfassung

CesiumAstro is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to be a key team member, building and maintaining SMT circuit cards and final assemblies for satellites and aerospace systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in electronics or mechanical assembly, strong hand-eye coordination, and experience interpreting schematics. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment with opportunities to contribute across supporting duties such as inventory and shipping.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, production assembly, mechanical/electronics assembly.
• Experience interpreting schematics, drawings and diagrams for assembly.
• Ability to work with team members and engineers to ensure correct designs.
• Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment.
• Must follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.

Aufgaben

• Assemble complex mechanical and electrical components using drawings and procedures.
• Set up equipment, change tooling, adjust production, and troubleshoot.
• Resolve routine manufacturing issues while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Assist with assembly, buildout, and functional checkout of automation equipment.
• Develop and maintain MES routing steps, work instructions, and standardized work.
