Job summary

Fralock, an engineered solutions provider located in Chatsworth, CA, seeks a Technician I to support the fabrication of flexible and rigid-flex circuits on-site. You will operate production equipment, follow blueprints and SOPs, and rotate across stations to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read specifications, and teamwork with supervisors and peers.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED; 0-2 years related experience.
• Experience in PCB/ SMT manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per blueprints and specs.
• Set up and adjust equipment like printers and AOI/x-ray machines.
• Perform visual inspection for contamination and defects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; follow safety procedures.
