Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Technician I to support the manufacture of flexible, rigid-flex, and defense-related circuits. The role operates production equipment, follows blueprints and SOPs, and ensures quality while meeting production schedules.

On-site, you will rotate across stations to maximize efficiency and safety. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with supervisors, and the ability to work 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have competent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Ability to use a variety of measuring equipment and hand tools.
• Experience with PCB manufacturing or electronic assembly.
• Follow safety standards and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to blueprint drawings, work instructions and specs.
• Set up, operate and adjust equipment such as imaging, developing, etching, stripping, cleaning, inspection.
• Perform visual inspection for contamination and defects.
• Maintain production and inspection records as required.
• Cross-train across multiple workstations to support production needs.
