Job summary

Fralock is seeking an Assembler Technician I to assemble aerospace, medical, and semiconductor components using blueprints and work instructions. You will perform electrical testing and ensure quality while meeting schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years aerospace assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with measuring tools. This onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing cross-training across production lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2–3 years of related experience.
• Two+ years aerospace assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and basic math.
• Experience with ERP data entry and document uploads.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to blueprints and specs.
• Inspect incoming parts for contamination and defects.
• Report issues with parts, tooling, or equipment.
• Perform electrical testing and record data in ERP.
• Cross-train across multiple stations to support production.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
