Job summary

Fralock is seeking a Technician I to support the manufacture of flexible and rigid-flex circuits at our Chatsworth, CA facility. You will operate production equipment, follow blueprints and SOPs, and help ensure high-quality output on schedule.

Responsibilities include set-up, calibration, inspection, electrical testing, and cross-training across stations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED; related experience acceptable.
• Experience with SMT equipment and IPC/ESD knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per blueprints and instructions.
• Set up, operate, and adjust equipment (printers, ovens, AOI, x-ray).
• Perform visual inspection for contamination and defects.
• Conduct electrical testing and data entry into ERP.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety standards.
