You will follow established methods to meet production schedules with limited supervision and report to the Production Supervisor on the afternoon shift.

The role requires strong soldering skills, the ability to read drawings, and attention to quality while maintaining efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with soldering and repair/rework preferred.
• Basic math and data entry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, ICs, and sockets.
• Read work orders and assembly drawings; follow verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, machines or other equipment to perform work.
• May assemble under a microscope or magnifying device.
• Inspect own work to ensure parts meet production specifications and standards.
• Conduct quality checks periodically.
• Communicate with team to ensure continuous production at high-quality levels.
