Job summary

Creation Technologies Newark, NY is seeking an Electronics Production Associate to perform assembly tasks and sub-assemblies, including soldering, machine operation, and final assembly, following established procedures with limited supervision. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and operates on the afternoon shift.

You will read work orders, use hand and power tools, inspect your work, and participate in ongoing quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong soldering and repair/rework capabilities.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs intermediate assembly tasks ( transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, ICs, sockets) on chassis panels.
• Reads work orders and follows production drawings or verbal instructions as directed.
• Uses hand tools, power tools and machines to perform assembly tasks.
• May assemble under a microscope or magnifier for precision.
• Inspects own work to ensure parts meet production specs; conducts quality checks.
