Creation Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking an Electronics Production Associate to build electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies, including soldering, machine operation, and final assembly, following defined procedures with supervision.

Two shifts available: 1st shift 6:00AM - 2:30PM; 2nd shift 2:30PM - 1:00AM. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $23 per hour, with possible bonuses and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with soldering and electronics assembly preferred.
• Able to read work orders and follow assembly drawings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Perform intermediate assembly tasks including transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, ICs, and sockets on chassis panels.
• Read work orders, follow production drawings or verbal instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools and machines to perform tasks.
• May assemble under microscope or magnifying device.
• Inspect own work and conduct quality checks.
• Communicate with team to maintain production at high quality.
