Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of electronics assembly or related production experience.
• IPC-A-610 certification or knowledge preferred.
• Working knowledge of multiple assembly processes, equipment, and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electro-mechanical assembly, basic testing, and cable processes according to procedures.
• Coordinate assembly sequences across adjacent workstations to maintain production flow.
• Perform moderately complex assemblies independently while meeting production and quality expectations.
• Inspect completed work using IPC criteria and established quality standards.
• Identify and address basic workmanship and quality issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine production or quality issues to maintain workflow.
