Job summary

Creation Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking an Electronics Production Associate to perform a variety of assembly tasks, including soldering, machine operation, and final assembly, following established methods to meet schedules with limited supervision.

The role reports to a Production Supervisor and requires attention to quality and productivity, reading work orders and drawings, using hand and power tools, and collaborating with team members in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced soldering and repair/rework skills.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
• Basic computer data entry skills.
• Strong math and measurement abilities.
• Good visual acuity and color/depth perception.
• Manual dexterity to handle small tools.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Performs intermediate assembly tasks such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, ICs, and sockets on chassis panels.
• Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, and/or verbal instructions.
• Uses hand tools, power tools, machines or other equipment to perform work.
• May perform assembly operations under a microscope or magnifier.
• Inspects own work to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
• Conducts quality checks periodically.
• Communicates with team and support staff to ensure continuous production at high-quality levels.
