Qualified candidates will read and follow technical drawings and documentation, have 1+ year of relevant experience, high attention to detail, and U.S. citizenship. Competitive pay is offered with a first shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of electronic assembly and/or hand soldering in a manufacturing environment.
• Active IPC J-STD-001 certification is required.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Assemble components, modules, panels, cables, and related hardware.
• Perform hand soldering and component installation.
• Read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Perform basic inspections and continuity checks on completed assemblies.
• Complete rework, modifications, and repairs as required.
• Maintain quality and production standards in a structured manufacturing environment.
• Support training related to specialized assemblies as assigned.
