Job summary

iNRCORE Group, a leading electronics manufacturer, has an opening for Assembler I at the Dyco Electronics facility in Hornell, NY. You will perform basic mechanical/electronic assembly and inspection, following standard work instructions and safety procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic soldering experience.
Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined.
Able to follow written instructions and procedures.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using standard hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes.
Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other standard measurement tools.
Assist with basic functional testing using standardized fixtures and record results accurately.
Identify and report defects, documentation, inaccuracies, or equipment concerns.
Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S, ESD controls, and all safety protocols.
Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup as required.
