iNRCORE Group is seeking an Assembler I for the Gowanda BTI facility in Arcade, NY. The role involves assembling electronic components, following detailed instructions, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production setting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work 40 hours per week from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a consistent start time. Prior manufacturing experience and basic soldering skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic soldering experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures.
• Detail oriented with manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
