iNRCORE Group in Bristol, PA is seeking an Assembler I to support the assembly and production of magnetic and electronic components. The role requires basic mechanical or electrical aptitude and a high school diploma, with training provided in safety, quality, and ESD procedures.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of following written instructions and standard procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Basic soldering experience.
• Ability to perform work using hand tools and standard measurement equipment.
• Ability to learn and follow quality, safety, and ESD procedures.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes.
• Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
• Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other measurement tools.
• Assist with basic functional testing using standardized fixtures and record results accurately.
• Identify and report defects, documentation, inaccuracies, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain an organized workspace following 5S, ESD controls and safety protocols.
• Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup.
