Job summary

iNRCORE Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Assembler I to support the assembly and production of magnetic and electronic components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves basic mechanical/electronic assembly, inspection, and handling tasks with strict adherence to work instructions and safety standards. Prior manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using standard hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes.
• Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
• Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other standard measurement tools.
• Assist with basic functional testing using standardized fixtures and record results accurately.
• Identify and report defects, documentation, inaccuracies, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S, ESD controls, and all safety protocols.
• Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup as required.
