Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking an Assembler I in Bristol, PA to perform basic assembly, fabrication, and inspection of electronic components and subassemblies. You will follow established instructions and safety standards while developing hands-on skills under close supervision.

The role requires basic soldering, attention to detail, and ability to use standard measurement tools. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and safety-focused teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity is essential.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is preferred.
• Basic soldering experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble basic mechanical or electronic components using hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine processes.
• Perform wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
• Conduct basic inspections with calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, and similar tools.
• Assist with basic functional testing and accurately record results.
• Identify and report defects or equipment concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized, clean work area following 5S and ESD protocols.
• Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup.

Details of the Role:

The position of Assembler I will be responsible for performing basic assembly, fabrication, and inspection of electronic components and subassemblies. This role follows established work instructions, safety standards, and quality procedures to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality product output. Work is performed under close supervision with continuous skill development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly using standard hand tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow detailed work instructions, routers, and visual aids for routine assembly processes.
• Complete tasks such as wire stripping, lead trimming, simple soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling.
• Conduct basic inspections using calipers, micrometers, magnifiers, multimeters, or other standard measurement tools.
• Assist with basic functional testing using standardized fixtures and record results accurately.
• Identify and report defects, documentation, inaccuracies, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S, ESD controls, and all safety protocols.
• Support material handling, inventory tracking, and simple equipment setup as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Basic soldering experience.
• Ability to perform work using hand tools and standard measurement equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift upto30lbsoccasionally.
• Ability to work with adhesives, epoxy, solder, and production machinery.
• Ability to use fine motor skills when working with small parts and components.
