Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of assembly/electronic experience or an associate degree in electronics/tech
• Experience soldering at a Class 2 level
• Experience reading and working from written directions and drawings
• Willingness to travel and work second shift if required
• U.S. citizenship required for government-related roles

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components per drawings, diagrams and job aids
• Perform fine-pitch soldering, BGA rework and repair
• Assemble microelectronics, electromechanical assemblies and harnesses
• Operate production equipment safely and accurately
• Record production data and maintain quality documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines
