Job summary

You will assemble electronic components, perform soldering and rework as needed, and ensure quality through inspections and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment and strong interpersonal skills.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components using drawings, diagrams, and job aids to meet customer requirements.
• Perform processes including soldering, BGA rework, and manual/automatic assembly as needed.
• Conduct continuity checks on in-process and completed work and ensure compliance with build documentation.
• Operate basic production equipment safely (soldering stations, crimp tools, microscopes, ovens).
• Record production data in travelers and shop floor systems.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to clarify build instructions and suggest process improvements.
