Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an Electronics Assembler in Middleton to join a high-tech manufacturing team. You will assemble wire harnesses and electronic components for iconic theme parks and stages, with a focus on precision and quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a 5:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–1:00 AM shift, temp-to-hire, and growth opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, onsite kitchen, and health center.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install wire harnesses and electronic components according to specific layouts.
• Read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment to crimp, strip, and route wires.
• Perform quality checks on finished assemblies to maintain high production standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals in a clean workspace.

We are looking for a motivated Electronics Assembler to join an innovative production team in Middleton! You will be at the heart of the action, assembling wire harnesses and electronic components for some of the most famous theme parks and stages in the world. Role Highlights

• Pay range: $17 - $19 per hour
• Schedule: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Thursday OR 3pm-1am, Monday-Thursday
• Role type: Temp-to-hire
