Standard Spherion is hiring Assemblers for a leading industrial equipment manufacturer in Mayville. If you enjoy hands‑on work and building products from start to finish, this is a great setting to put your mechanical talents to work. In this role, you will fit together mechanical and electrical components, read blueprints, and help produce high-quality equipment.

Role Highlights

• Pay: $20.82 per hour


• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM


• Role Type: Temporary-to-hire (overtime eligible upon conversion)


• Growth: Pathway to advance into Advanced Assembler classifications

What You\'ll Do

• Read blueprints and routing instructions to build subassemblies and complete products


• Operate rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools provided by the site


• Conduct first‑piece inspections and regular quality checks on finished work


• Complete basic reports tracking productivity, quality, and safety


• Keep your workspace organized, clean, and safe
