Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an Electronics Assembler in Middleton to join a high-tech manufacturing team. You will assemble wire harnesses and electronic components for iconic theme parks and stages, with a focus on precision and quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable work ethic and a desire to learn new technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install wire harnesses and electronic components according to specific layouts.
• Read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Use hand tools and specialized equipment to crimp, strip, and route wires.
• Perform quality checks on finished assemblies to maintain high production standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals in a clean workspace.
