Location: Duluth, MN area. Responsibilities include assembling components, crimping/tinning/soldering, reporting defects, keeping a safe workspace, and following production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer.
• Ability to read basic process instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read a ruler and other measuring tools.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Terms

I am at least 18 years old

I am legally authorized to work in the United States

Work Schedule: Mon thru Thurs: 6:00AM to 4:30PM OR 3:00PM to 1:30AM

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components using hand tools
• Perform crimping, tinning, and soldering using standard techniques
• Identify and report defective materials
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Follow production schedules and directions from supervisors
• Assist with other duties as needed

Skills & Qualifications:
