BAE Systems is looking for an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and test complex real-time embedded EW systems. Motivated and positive-minded engineers must hold an active U.S. security clearance and be skilled in areas needed for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams. We focus on enhancing operational EW capabilities across various platforms, developing RF sensing, signal processing, identification, detection, and geolocation of emitters.
This position involves developing, integrating, and testing new EW systems. Responsibilities include developing and managing system requirements, operational concepts, performing trade studies, originating design concepts, and system testing for complex EW systems. Due to the nature of this role, it requires full-time onsite work at a BAE Systems facility.

$100,680 - $171,120 annually, based on market pay structures and individual qualifications.
