BAE Systems is looking for an Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer involved in developing, integrating, and testing complex real-time embedded electronic warfare systems. Candidates must hold an active U.S. security clearance and be skilled in areas needed for cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams. Our focus is on enhancing operational EW capabilities for various platforms, including RF sensing, signal processing, identification, detection, and geolocation of emitters.
This position involves developing, integrating, and testing new EW systems. Responsibilities include systems engineering functions such as developing and managing system requirements, operational concepts, performing architecture trade studies, originating design concepts, and conducting system integration and testing for complex EW systems. This role requires onsite work at a BAE Systems facility.

Full-Time Salary Range: $100,680 - $171,120
