Cor-Vanama Solutions dba Consumer Directions, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Specialist in St. Cloud, MN. This full-time, in-office role supports the EVV platform used by CDI employees to clock work time and requires strong customer service, data entry, and tech savviness.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Local travel to another office or training venue may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience with data entry and customer-facing roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer/phone use required.

Responsibilities

• Attend DHS webinars/trainings on EVV and share insights with Leadership and staff.
• Develop EVV training materials and coach new users (internal and external).
• Provide support via phone, in person, and electronically for EVV app issues.
• Troubleshoot EVV-related questions and scenarios.
• Train and mentor internal new hires on EVV procedures.
• Maintain accurate contact details in CDI systems.

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Specialist

As our participant numbers grow, so does the need for our support team to grow.

Cor-Vanama Solutions dba Consumer Directions, Inc. is a Financial Management Service (FMS) that provides the payroll and administrative support to individuals who are part of various Minnesota Department of Human Services programs with the goal of the participant remaining in their home with the paid assistance of their family members and friends. Our passion is to help families navigate their journey through self-directed services.

This is a full time, hourly, in office, position within our Human Resources Department at our St Cloud location. This specialized role focuses on the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) platform used by external CDI employees to clock work time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and stays positive while navigating new scenarios daily. We are looking for an individual who is proficient, a self-motivator, adaptable, and can provide exceptional customer service every day in an evolving, fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities:

The position will be assigned, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Attend DHS webinars and trainings on EVV, and provide relevant information to Leadership and internal staff
• Develop EVV training materials and provide training to users who are new to EVV both external and internal
• Offer support to internal and external users, by phone, in person, and electronically, who are having difficulty with the EVV App
• Troubleshoot and answer questions regarding EVV situations
• Provide training and ongoing development opportunities for internal New Hires
• Enter and maintain contact information and changes in various software for CDI staff and other professionals

Physical Demands:

• This position may be completed sitting or standing.
• This position may infrequently require lifting up to 20 lbs.

Travel:

• The position may require local travel to our second office location or training venue.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma

• Preferred: Some data entry

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• Upon hire, all candidates must pass a state-run background check and complete fingerprinting.
• Upon hire, candidates will be subject to a driving record check and must possess a valid driver’s license.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $22 - $24/hour; 40 hours a week
