• Set up, perform, and analyze electronic tests on advanced electronic systems, components, and printed wiring assemblies.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level, including board-level faults and circuit failures.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Operate electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, voltmeters, function generators, signal generators, and power supplies.
• Test and troubleshoot analog, digital, integrated, AC/DC, and RF circuits, including amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and mixers.
• Document test results, troubleshooting findings, repairs, and technical observations while collaborating with engineers and other technicians.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Test Technician III for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting advanced avionics, RF, and electronic systems within the aerospace and defense industry in Poway, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on electronics professional who enjoys component-level troubleshooting, circuit analysis, board-level repair, and working with complex mission-critical technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, perform, and analyze electronic tests on advanced electronic systems, components, and printed wiring assemblies.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level, including board-level faults and circuit failures.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Operate electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, voltmeters, function generators, signal generators, and power supplies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Poway, CA.
• Schedule: 1st Shift or 2nd Shift.
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
