You will follow drawings and work Instructions, assemble subassemblies, perform wiring and soldering, set up tools, maintain quality, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LRU assembly experience.
• Strong background in cables, harnesses, chassis, PCBs, panels, batteries, and servo motor assemblies.
• Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions with strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and completed assemblies per drawings and quality standards.
• Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly of LRU units, panels, batteries, and servo motors.
• Set up tools and equipment, make adjustments, and hold tolerances to specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble as needed.
• Monitor and verify quality following control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler III for a direct hire opportunity in Poway, CA supporting advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing. This mid-level assembly role is ideal for a skilled electronics assembler with hands‑on LRU assembly experience and a strong background in cables, harnesses, chassis, printed circuit boards, panels, batteries, and servo motor assemblies.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a stable, highly technical production environment where quality, precision, safety, and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities

• - Assemble electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and completed assemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• - Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and mechanical assembly of LRU units, panels, batteries, and servo motors.
• - Set up tools and equipment, make adjustments, and hold tolerances to required specifications.
• - Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies or subassemblies as needed.
• - Monitor and verify quality in accordance with established control procedures.
• - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following operating procedures and safety practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• - 1st shift schedule: 4:00 AM to 1:30 PM
• - 1st shift pay rate: $25.96 per hour.
