This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing small electronic devices.The Electronic Technician will test and repair aerospace products, systems recorders, printers, and replacement parts while ensuring products meet required electrical, physical, and quality specifications.This is a hands-on technical role. Candidates should have at least 3 years of consistent manufacturing experience, with a strong background in electronics testing, troubleshooting, repair, or inspection.ResponsibilitiesTest and troubleshoot electronic products and components according to established procedures and specifications.Diagnose and repair small electronic devices and assemblies.Verify that products meet required electrical, physical, and quality specifications.Inspect finished products and identify workmanship or quality issues.Communicate issues requiring improvement to supervisors, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and other teams as appropriate.Follow technical documentation, test procedures, and specification sheets.Assist with training newer technicians on proper inspection, troubleshooting, and testing procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications3+ years of consistent manufacturing experience required.Strong hands-on electronics troubleshooting, testing, and repair experience required.Experience working with small electrical/electronic devices or assemblies.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.Ability to read and follow technical instructions, procedures, and specifications.Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.Basic computer skills.Reliable work history and demonstrated job stability.Ability to work independently while following established procedures.Preferred ExperienceElectronic repair technician experienceElectronics testing or inspection experienceTroubleshooting electronic devicesQuality control or quality inspection experienceExperience working in a manufacturing or production environmentPhysical RequirementsFrequently use hands and fingers to handle tools, components, and controls.Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.Frequently lift or move items up to 20 lbs.Occasionally lift or move items up to 40 lbs.Ability to perform work requiring close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
