Qualifications

Education: High school graduate.
Experience: Five years of technical experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.
Substitution: Technical training in electronics may substitute for experience year-for-year.

Responsibilities

Supervises technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic component systems and related devices.
Performs duties of a technician in more difficult and technical areas.
Supervises evaluation of electronic equipment performance and final inspection of installations.
Maintains technical records and reports of maintenance and repairs.
Interprets blueprints and technical drawings for technicians.
Inspects work of staff.
