Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate is required.
• Four years of experience in the maintenance or repair of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspects assigned area projecting maintenance needs in consultation with department heads.
• Performs preventative maintenance for the assigned area and coordinates with other trades (plumbers, electricians, etc.).
• Inspects equipment and determines needs; orders parts as required.
• Supervises the support teams that perform work within the area.
• Prepares reports and maintains documentation.
