Job summary

Cbutah is seeking an Electronic Services After Hours Specialist in Pleasant Grove. This part-time role focuses on after-hours customer support for online banking services and related office tasks. Training precedes potential remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for Online Banking and Online Business Banking via phone or Live Chat.
• Maintain professional relations with external agencies and assist customers with electronic services.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as needed to support the Electronic Services department.

Electronic Services After Hours Specialist

Position: Part Time After-hours Specialist

Department: Electronic Services

Pleasant Grove – Upstairs (department is relocating to Springville in the future)

Possible work from home opportunity after initial training period

Schedule:

Weekly Hours: Every Wednesday, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Weekend Hours: Every Saturday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Bank Holidays: Every Federal & State Bank Holiday

This position also provides scheduled coverage for other after-hour shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing a wide range of electronic services including customer support on the set up and functions for Online Banking and Online Business Banking along with Office functions that may be handled over the phone or via Live Chat. Ensures that professional relations exist with outside agencies and that customers are well assisted in using electronic services. Performs miscellaneous duties, as necessary.
