Job summary

i2G Systems seeks a Project Coordinator to support Field Operations Managers and Project Managers from award through project completion in our Virginia region. You will coordinate meetings, track tasks, set deadlines, monitor status, and ensure accurate leadership reports weekly.

The role involves scheduling resources, auditing processes, and assisting with administrative matters, event planning, and mobilization activities to drive on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support project kickoff meetings with PM, Ops, Eng, Sales and input tasks into tracking software.
• Coordinate post-award site surveys and customer kickoff activities.
• Drive tasks to completion and escalate overdue items.
• Assist with mobilizations and resource scheduling.
• Ensure final billing and project closeout documentation are complete.
