Job summary

Tech Systems Inc. (TSi) seeks a Project Manager to oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction at client sites across Florida.

You will coordinate with Account Management, direct subcontractors, verify BOMs, and ensure systems are programmed and tested before acceptance. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CSPM Certification required within one year of role.
• 3+ years in security systems installation or related field.
• ACS/video system programming experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Smartsheet; IP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Works with Account Management during Booking Review to ensure BOM reflects required equipment.
• Directs subcontract labor to complete installations on schedule and within budget.
• Manages installations per Tech Systems standards and ensures on-time completion.
• Assists Account Managers in developing functional installation proposals.
• Verifies programming of installed systems and resolves issues before customer acceptance.
• Plans acceptance of installations with customers, ensuring system functionality and satisfaction.
• Assists with technical support and occasional service-call responses.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Regional Services Manager or executives.
