Job summary

Tech Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Electronic Security in San Antonio, TX to oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to budget and schedule.

You will coordinate with Account Management, supervise subcontractors, verify system programming, and ensure smooth project handover. The role requires CSPM certification within a year, at least 3 years in security systems installation, and strong IT and communication skills to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CSPM Certification required within one (1) year of role.
• At least three (3) years prior work experience in security systems installation or related field.
• ACS/video system programming experience.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Smartsheet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Works with Account Management during Booking Review to align BOM with required equipment.
• Manages and directs subcontract labor to meet schedule and cost goals.
• Oversees installation projects per standards, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Assists Account Managers in developing functional installation proposals.
• Verifies programming of installed systems and resolves issues before customer acceptance.
• Plans acceptance of installation projects with customers and ensures system functionality.
• Provides technical support and responds to service calls as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
