Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CSPM Certification required within one year of role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security systems installation or related field.
• ACS/video system programming experience required.

Responsibilities

• Works with Account Management during Booking Review to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Manages subcontract labor to meet schedule and budget.
• Manages installations per Tech Systems’ standards and scope, on time and within budget.
• Assists Account Managers in developing functional installation proposals.
• Verifies programming of systems and remedies issues before customer acceptance.
• Plans acceptance of installation projects with customers and ensures system functionality.
• Assists with other technical support issues and service calls as needed.
• Performs other duties assigned by Manager of Regional Services or executives.
