Job summary

Tech Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager in Charleston, SC. This role oversees installation projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the account team, directing subcontract labor, verifying system programming, and ensuring safe, compliant operations across sites. A CSPM certification is due within one year, with a minimum of three years in security installations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CSPM Certification due within one year of role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security systems installation or related field.
• ACS/video system programming experience required.

Responsibilities

• Works with Account Management during Booking Review to ensure BOM reflects required equipment.
• Manages subcontract labor ensuring on-time completion and proper scheduling.
• Oversees installation projects per standards, budget, and scope.
• Assists Account Managers in developing proposals for installation projects.
• Verifies programming of installed systems and resolves issues before customer acceptance.
• Plans and organises customer acceptance of installations and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Assists with technical support and occasional service calls as needed.
• Performs duties as directed by Regional Services Manager or executive staff.
